Reactor classification

According to the manufacturing structure of the reactor, it can be divided into three categories: open flat cover reactor, open butt welding flange reactor and closed reactor. 2. Glass lined reaction kettle

Glass lined reactor is a kind of composite material product, which is made by lining the glass with high silica on the inner surface of steel vessel and burning at high temperature and firmly adhering to the metal surface. Therefore, the glass lined reactor has the double advantages of glass stability and metal strength, and is an excellent corrosion-resistant equipment.

3. Magnetic stirring reactor

The static seal structure is adopted, and the magnetic coupling is used between the agitator and the motor drive. Because of its non-contact transmission torque, the static seal replaces the dynamic seal, which can completely solve the leakage problem that the mechanical seal and the packing seal cannot solve before, and make the mixing parts of the whole medium work in the absolute seal state. Therefore, it is more suitable for all kinds of inflammables and explosives , highly toxic, precious media and other chemical media with strong penetration are the most ideal non leakage reaction equipment for vulcanization, fluorination, hydrogenation, oxidation and other reactions in petroleum, chemical industry, organic synthesis, polymer material polymerization, food and other processes.
